Love, love the Moments early recordings. They sung with so much pathos & longing. One can hear the melancholia and their falsettos were just awesome. Sadly that skill (falsetto singing) is now a lost art.
What I love about this falsetto voice is the naturalness -- nothing forced or studied about it. I love the Moments. Btw. The Nite Liters in Soultaker's post are the instrumental group from which the Moments and ultimately Ray, Goddman and Brown originated ... What a nice coincidence.
